- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR los numerales
- primero. y
- segundo. del fallo de instancia proferido por la Juez Promiscuo Municipal de Versalles (Valle) el 13 de diciembre de 2000, en cuanto tuteló, como mecanismo transitorio, los derechos a la igualdad y al trabajo del señor Pablo Emilio Salazar Restrepo.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la primera parte del numeral
- tercero. del fallo que dice: "La vigencia de la orden consignada en precedencia será de tres meses", con la advertencia de que el término de la vigencia de dicha orden se contará a partir de la ejecutoria de éste fallo; y REVOCAR la parte restante del mismo numeral.
- TERCERO. PREVENIR a la Empresa de Transporte Patuma Ltda. para que en lo sucesivo le dé aplicación al artículo 7º del Decreto 170 del 5 de febrero de 2001, en lo relativo al plan de rodamiento.
- CUARTO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
