El accionante interpone acción de tutela, por considerar que Colpensiones le vulneró sus derechos fundamentales a la vida digna, al mínimo vital, y la seguridad social, al no incluirlo en la nómina de pensionados, argumentando que, este debe allegar una sentencia en la cual se declare interdicto y se le designe un curador, teniendo en cuenta los conceptos emitidos por la Junta de Calificación de Invalidez y la Gerencia de Medicina Laboral de dicha entidad, según los cuales “requiere de ayuda de terceros en la toma de decisiones” .
