- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 18 Penal del Circuito de Cali - Valle del Cauca, que confirmó el fallo del Juzgado Penal Municipal de Jamundí - Valle del Cauca, en la acción de tutela instaurada por la señora Verónica Medina Bonilla en representación de su hijo menor Juan Felipe Prado Medina en contra de la E.P.S. SALUDCOOP de Cali. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la E.P.S. SALUDCOOP de Cali, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, suministre al menor JUAN FELIPE PRADO MEDINA, los medicamentos requeridos en esta tutela, en la forma prescrita por el médico tratante.
- Tercero. Señalar que a la E.P.S. SALUDCOOP de Cali, le asiste el derecho de reclamar al FOSYGA los costos en los que incurra en cumplimiento de este fallo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
