- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Tunja, pero por las consideraciones aquí expuestas.
- Segundo. ORDENAR oficiar a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, con el fin de que dentro de los límites de su competencia procedan a investigar la conducta de los funcionarios de Cajanal - Seccional Boyacá por los hechos presuntamente omisivos de que da cuenta la presente sentencia. Con los correspondientes oficios se enviará copia de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
