- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sincé- Sucre, que revocó el fallo del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Galeras -Sucre, en la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor Hernán Hernández Hernández, en contra del Municipio de Galeras.
- PREVÉNGASE a la Alcalde del Municipio de Galeras, o a quien haga sus veces, que en el futuro se abstenga de incurrir en conductas que vulneren los derechos que le asisten tanto al actor como a sus beneficiarios.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
