- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, del diez y seis (16) de julio de 1998, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Santa Fe Corporación Deportiva contra la Alcaldía Mayor de Santafé de Bogotá y el Instituto Distrital para la Recreación y el Deporte.
- Segundo. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y seis (36) Civil del Circuito del ocho (8) de junio de 1998, en la acción de tutela instaurada por Juan Carlos Moreno Vargas y otros contra la Alcaldía Mayor de Santafé de Bogotá y el Instituto Distrital para la Recreación y el Deporte.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
