- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE los siguientes articulos del Decreto Legislativo 1875 de 1992 "Por el cual se dictan normas de Conmocion Interior sobre contratos y sanciones aplicables a los contratistas": 1deg, 2deg, 3deg, 4deg, 6deg, 7deg, 8deg, 9deg y 10deg.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 5deg del Decreto legislativo 1875 de 1992, salvo el inciso 2o, que dice: "incurrira en causal de mala conducta el funcionario que no declare la caducidad del contrato dentro de los dos dias siguientes a la fecha en que se haya recibido la respectiva solicitud", el cual se declara INEXEQUIBLE.
