Primero. REVOCAR las decisiones adoptadas en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado
Décimo. Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá Sala de Decisión Civil y en su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos fundamentales a la maternidad, la protección del recién nacido y al mínimo vital de la señora María Eunice Arévalo Galeano.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social E.P.S. que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde, de conformidad con las razones expuestas en este fallo.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
