- PRIMERO. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo, la sentencia de
- primero. de febrero de 2002 proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, que a su vez habia confirmado la decision del Juzgado 24 Civil del Circuito de Bogota D.C.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela a favor de la senora LESVIA FRANCISCA BAUTE GARCIA y por lo tanto ORDENAR que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas el Instituto de los Seguros Sociales proceda a incluir en nomina a dicha senora para efectos del pago de su pension, teniendo en cuenta las consideraciones que se han hecho en el presente fallo.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista por el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
