- Primero. Revocar los fallos proferidos por los Juzgados
- Quinto. Civil Municipal y
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, mediante los cuales se negó la protección de los derechos invocados por los actores.
- Segundo. Conceder la protección de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de los actores, a la vida en relación con su mínimo vital y Ordenar a la Alcaldía Distrital de Barranquilla, Secretaría de Hacienda y el Fondo Territorial de Pensiones, en cabeza de sus respectivos representantes legales, en cuanto corresponda a cada uno según sus competencias y funciones, que, si aún no lo han hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, procedan a cancelar las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan a los actores. De no ser posible su cumplimiento por razones netamente presupuestales o de manifiesta iliquidez, deberán informar a los Despachos Judiciales respectivos en forma motivada, debiendo dentro del mismo término proceder a iniciar los trámites necesarios que deberán culminar con el pago en un término máximo de dos (2) meses.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
