Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 20 de febrero de 2002 por el Juzgado 3º Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá, D.C., y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo del mínimo vital de la tutelante.
Segundo. ORDENAR al representante legal de Cajanal, si aún no lo hubiera hecho, que proceda a cancelar en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, las mesadas a la señora Esperanza Castaño de Aricapa adeudadas desde el reconocimiento de su derecho pensional el 15 de mayo de 2001.
Tercero. COMPULSAR copia de esta actuación a la Procuraduría General de la Nación para lo de su competencia.
Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
