- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga de fecha 25 de octubre de 2001 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por las razones expuestas en las consideraciones de este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISION SOCIAL que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) remita a la oficina correspondiente la copia de la Resolución Nº 016363 de 2001 que concedió la pensión con el fin de que se incluya en la nómina de pensionado del Consorcio FOPEP a la accionante, y se le pague efectivamente la pensión que le fué reconocida por medio de la Resolución Nº 016363 de 2001. Igualmente, se ORDENA que se le paguen a la accionante las pensiones atrasadas a que tiene derecho. Y se le preste la atención en salud que requiere.
- TERCERO. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
