- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, Sala Penal, en la acción de tutela impetrada por el señor Gerardo Arturo Martínez Roldán.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Metálicas de Medellín, que dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, adelante los trámites necesarios para cancelar al demandante los salarios adeudados, si no lo hubieren hecho, y, los demás en el evento de que no se le hayan cancelado.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
