- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Benito Abad Sucre, el veinte de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete dentro de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada. En consecuencia, se ordena al Alcalde Municipal de San Benito Abad Sucre que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a reanudar los pagos de los salarios adeudados a los actores MOISÉS MEJÍA SILGADO, LORENA ACOSTA RODRÍGUEZ, HECTOR ACOSTA SEVERICHE, ROBERTO AGUADO ACEVEDO, LUBER BOLÍVAR ORTEGA, HUMBERTO ENRIQUE PAYARES, JESÚS ROHENEZ ACOSTA, JOSÉ DOLORES BERRIO, CARLOS CARDUZO TORRES, PABLO PORTO y ELIO ROHENEZ MARTÍNEZ. En cuanto a los salarios ya causados y no pagados, los demandantes podrán acudir ante la jurisdicción ordinaria para exigir su pago.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
