El accionante, actuando como agente oficioso de los menores de edad de Mitú, considera que las entidades demandadas vulneran derechos fundamentales de los niños, al clausurar el Centro de Recuperación Nutricional de dicho municipio, el cual hace parte del programa denominado Estrategia de Recuperación Nutricional.
Aduce, que debido a dicho cierre se ha generado una situación tan grave, en tanto se han registrado muertes por desnutrición de varios menores.
Como en sede de revisión el despacho del Magistrado Ponente fue informado sobre la reapertura requerida, se declaró la carencia actual de objeto, por HECHO SUPERADO.
