- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 22 de septiembre de 2000 proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo
- Primero. Municipal de Mariquita (Tolima) y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales de la menor Manuela Martínez Osorio a la salud, a la dignidad humana, a la integridad física vulnerados por UNIMEC E.P.S.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a UNIMEC E.P.S que en un término no superior a los diez (10) días siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, coordine con el Director del Hospital Federico Lleras Acosta de la ciudad de Ibagúe, lo necesario para que le sean practicados los exámenes denominados "Titulos de HTLV-1 y Resonancia magnética de columna torácica y cervical con contraste" a la menor Jennifer Paniagua Rubio, si aún no se le hubieren realizado.
- Tercero. Comisiónase al Juzgado
- Primero. Promiscuo Municipal de Mariquita (Tolima) para verificar el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta sentencia, de lo cual informará a la Corte Constitucional.
- Cuarto. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
