- PRIMERO. MODIFICAR la decisión del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio, Sala Penal, proferida en la tutela de la referencia. En su lugar hacer un llamado a prevención para que en el futuro si llegaren a funcionar tales establecimientos en el edificio El Raudal, no produzcan ruido en niveles superiores a los establecidos: 65 decibeles en el período diurno y 45 en el nocturno, adoptando las medidas indicadas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese lo resuelto en esta providencia a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Villavicencio para las notificaciones y efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. Envíese copia de este fallo al Defensor del Pueblo.
