CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el quince (15) de noviembre de 2002, por el Juzgado Veintiocho Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, en el trámite de la tutela iniciada por el señor Francisco Antonio León como agente oficioso de su padre Graciliano León Carranza contra COMPENSAR E.P.S., pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
