- REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barrancabermeja, de fecha cinco (5) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999). En consecuencia, se concede la acción de tutela presentada por Gladys Pinto Bonilla contra Copesalud Ltda., en cuanto al derecho de recibir, oportunamente, las medicinas que le formulen los médicos tratantes.
- Para el cumplimiento de la tutela que se concede, se ordena a Copesalud Ltda que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, suministre a la actora las medicinas que requiera, y por el tiempo que sea necesario.
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
