PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del 22 de marzo de 2000 del Juzgado 12 Civil del Circuito de Cali que negó el amparo solicitado solicitado por la actora Jacinta Páez de Saavedra, y en su lugar, tutelar el derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida en condiciones dignas de la peticionaria.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a Colmena Salud que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo autorice, de conformidad con las indicaciones médicas, los medicamentos que son necesarios para la quimioterapia de la peticionaria, así como los otros tratamientos que se requieran para proteger su vida. Esta EPS deberá asumir los costos del tratamiento y podrá repetir por los gastos adicionales en que incurra contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, subcuenta de promoción de la salud.
TERCERO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
