- Revocar la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, Sala Undécima Civil de Decisión, de fecha 29 de septiembre de 2003, en la acción de tutela presentada por Wilfredo Urrego Díaz contra el ISS, Seccional Antioquia. En consecuencia, se concede la tutela pedida con el fin de proteger el derecho a la salud, que en este caso incluye los derechos al diagnóstico y a la continuidad en la prestación del servicio médico del actor.
- Para tal efecto, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas (48) siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, el ISS, Seccional Antioquia, si aún no lo ha hecho, autorizará y realizará el examen que le fue ordenado por el médico tratante al actor.
- La entidad podrá repetir contra Fosyga los gastos en que hubiere incurrido en el cumplimiento de esta tutela, pago que deberá verificarse en el término de seis meses contados a partir de la respectiva solicitud.
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
