La Sala se pronuncia sobre los tratamientos de fertilidad, se recuerda que la concepción no es una obligación que pueda reclamarse a través Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.

- Tercero. Penal Municipal de Palmira, el quince (15) de febrero de dos mil diez (2010), dentro del proceso de tutela de Guido Mauricio Parra Montealegre contra Coomeva EPS S.A., por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida en unica instancia por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil Municipal de Cali, el veintiseis (26) de enero de dos mil diez (2010), dentro del proceso de tutela de Noralba Ermelinda Fernandez Pinzon contra Coomeva EPS S.A., por las razones expuestas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
