Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Santiago de Cali de fecha 9 de Julio del 2001, mediante la cual, se resolvió revocar la Sentencia del 1 de Junio de 1991, proferida por el Juzgado
Tercero. Civil Municipal de la Ciudad, dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por los señores MARA ABELLA GOMEZ Y OTROS, contra la GOBERNACIÓN DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA Y LA CONTRALORÍA DEPARTAMENTAL DEL VALLE.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
