- Primero. REVOCASE la Sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 31 de marzo 1998, al resolver en segunda instancia sobre la acción de tutela incoada por HUMBERTO BARRERA TOTAITIVE. En su lugar, queda en firme la decisión de primera instancia, que negó el amparo constitucional.
