- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de mayo 26 de 2000 proferida por el Juzgado 10 Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la vida del señor SERGIO ARANZALEZ BOCANEGRA.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Cundinamarca y D.C., que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo autorice y realice el tratamiento médico dispuesto por los médicos tratantes, si es que aún no se ha realizado y que se continúe prestándosele la atención debida como cotizante que es. La EPS deberá asumir los costos del tratamiento y podrá repetir por los gastos adicionales en que incurra contra el Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía, subcuenta de promoción de salud.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
