- Primero. Confirmar, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia, la sentencia del 17 de enero de 2001 del Juzgado
- Tercero. de Menores de Medellín, que negó la tutela.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Seguro Social que suministre asistencia terapéutica a la demandante, si ella lo requiere para comprender y asumir cabalmente el mal de la menor y para que pueda brindar a ésta la atención que requiere.
- Tercero. Libérense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
