- Primero. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE las sentencias objeto de revision, en cuanto no concedieron la tutela por presuntas violaciones a los derechos de peticion, asociacion sindical y fuero sindical. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE en cuanto no la concedio por proteccion al salario como minimo vital y en su lugar CONCEDERLA y ORDENAR que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo se le paguen a JAIME ARAUJO CORRALES los salarios que no se le han cancelado y se previene para que en el futuro no se vuelva a incurrir en retardo.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
