- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 10 del Decreto 2728 de 1968, en el entendido de que, conforme a lo señalado en el fundamento jurídico No 7º de esta sentencia, el término de prescripción es aplicable en relación con las prestaciones unitarias de contenido patrimonial y las mesadas pensionales previstas por el decreto.
