Primero. Confirmar las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Veinticuatro (24) Civil del Circuito de Bogotá y por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá en el sentido de declarar improcedente la acción de tutela instaurada por la ciudadana Beatriz Contreras de Bermúdez contra la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero en liquidación.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General librar las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
