- R E SU E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias materia de servicios y en su lugar TUTELAR el derecho a la salud en conexidad con el derecho a la vida y ORDENAR que servicios medicos Colpatria S.A. le practique a MARIA DEL PILAR CASTILLA CASTILLA los examenes y tratamientos ordenados por el medico tratante y a los cuales se le ha hecho referencia en los hechos de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente providencia al juzgador de primera instancia para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. Hacer un llamado a prevencion al personal administrativo de servicios Medicos Colpatria S.A. medicina prepagada para que se de un trato digno a los usuarios y se examinen con respeto las ordenes medicas.
