- Primero. REVOCAR las decisiones proferidas por el Tribunal Administrativo del Cesar y por el Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Seccion Primera, mediante las cuales se nego el amparo de tutela invocado y TUTELAR los derechos de Nelly del Carmen Ramirez Reyes, Dianis Maria Maria Becerra Castilla, Maritza mercado Alvarez y Romelia Sanchez Sanchez a la vida y a la igualdad.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Secretaria de Educacion del Departamento del Cesar y al Comite de Docentes Amenazados del mismo departamento, que dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho horas (48) contadas a partir de la notificacion del fallo, certifique la situacion de amenaza ante la cual se encuentran las senoras Nelly del Carmen Ramirez Reyes, Dianis Maria Maria Becerra Castilla, Maritza mercado Alvarez y Romelia Sanchez Sanchez y se les reubique de manera permanente en un lugar donde se les permita continuar con el ejercicio de su profesion como docente en condiciones de seguridad.
