- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias del 12 de septiembre de 2000, proferida por el Juzgado 6o Civil del Circuito de Bogota, mediante la cual se concedio la proteccion solicitada, y las de agosto 9 y 11 de 2000, proferidas por La Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Neiva, mediante las cuales se denego la proteccion solicitada, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. EXHORTAR al Gobierno Nacional, y en particular al Ministerio de Defensa para que, con los recursos fisicos y humanos disponibles en materia de inteligencia y seguridad, y en colaboracion con las autoridades departamentales y municipales EVALUE del riesgo que corren las personas vecinas a las estaciones de policia de los diferentes municipios afectados por la violencia, y ADOPTE las medidas pertinentes para minimizar el riesgo al que estas personas se encuentran expuestas.
- TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Director general de la Policia Nacional, para que se abstenga de ubicar las estaciones de policia en las instalaciones de las carceles.
- CUARTO. REMITIR copia de la presente providencia al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.
