- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas, el fallo proferido el 20 de abril de 1993 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de La Dorada -Caldas-, mediante el cual se resolvió sobre la tutela incoada por RAUL ANTONIO ARBOLEDA USUGA.
- Segundo. ORDENASE al Director de la Cárcel del Circuito de La Dorada -Caldas- abstenerse en el futuro, salvo orden judicial, de interceptar, disponer que se intercepte, registrar o hacer que se registre, leer o hacer leer la correspondencia privada dirigida al recluso RAUL ANTONIO ARBOLEDA USUGA, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 de la Constitución Política y 111 de la Ley 65 de 1993.
- Tercero. Tendrá en cuenta el señor Director del mencionado centro carcelario que la transgresión a lo aquí dispuesto será sancionada, por cada vez que ocurra, en la forma prevista por los artículos 52 y 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
