- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 171 del 16 de diciembre de 1994, por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Protocolo adicional a los Convenios de Ginebra del 12 de agosto de 1949, relativo a la protección de las víctimas de los conflictos armados sin carácter internacional (Protocolo II)".
