  3. Primero. Confirmase la sentencia del Juzgado 21 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, D.C. de 30 de abril de 1992, por la cual se confirmo el fallo del Juzgado 45 Civil Municipal de la misma ciudad.
  4. Segundo. Comuniquese al Juzgado 45 Civil Municipal de Santafe de Bogota, D.C. la presente decision, con entrega de su texto, para que sea notificado a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  5. Tercero. Comuniquese, con entrega del texto de la sentencia, al Juzgado 21 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, D.C..
