- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, declárase INEXEQUIBLE la Ley 11 de julio 21 de 1992, por la cual se aprueba el Protocolo I, adicional a los Convenios de Ginebra, relativo a la protección de las víctimas de los conflictos armados internacionales, adoptado en Ginebra el 8 de junio de 1977 (Protocolo I).
- Segundo. ESTESE A LO RESUELTO en al sentencia C-574 de octubre 28 de 1992 que declaró exequible el Protocolo I, adicional a los Convenios de Ginebra, relativo a la protección de las víctimas de los conflictos armados internacionales, adoptado en Ginebra el 8 de junio de 1977 (Protocolo I).
