- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar exequibles los artículos 4o. (parcial), 9o., 10, 11 (parcial), 13, 14, 42 literal a), 49 (parcial), 55 (parcial) y 57 de la Ley 48 de 1993.
- Segundo. Estése a lo resuelto en la sentencia No. C-406 de septiembre 15 de 1994, sobre los artículos 36 y 37, 41 literal h) de la Ley 48 de 1993.
- Tercero. En relación con los menores de más de 15 años y menores de 18 años se cumplirán las normas de protección consagradas en la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño de 1989, adoptada en la resolución 44/25 de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas y ratificada por Colombia (Ley 12 de 1991).
