- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Setenta Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el 27 de septiembre de 1996 y, en su lugar, confirmar el fallo dictado por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de este Distrito Capital el 15 de agosto del mismo año.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que, por medio de la Secretaría General de la Corte, se remita a la Fiscalía General de la Nación copia de la demanda y de las declaraciones que constan a folios 28 a 30 del expediente T-112.529, para lo de su competencia.
- Tercero. ORDENAR al Director del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales que, si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a regular el trámite interno que deben seguir los empleados del Instituto que llegaren a encontrarse en situación similar a la de los actores, a fin de que se les haga efectiva la protección a la que tienen derecho.
