- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Duitama el 15 de junio de 2000.
- Segundo. Ordenar a la Empresa Acerías Paz del Río, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia asuma todos los gastos médicos requeridos por el demandante hasta tanto se ponga al día en el pago de los aportes al Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- Tercero. Compulsar copias de la presente decisión a la Fiscalía General de la Nación, con el objeto que investigue lo pertinente.
- Cuarto. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Quinto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
