Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 801 de 2003, por medio de la cual se aprueba el "Protocolo modificatorio adicional al Convenio sobre Promocion y Proteccion Reciproca de Inversiones entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Republica del Peru", hecho en Lima el siete (7) de mayo de dos mil uno (2001).
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE Protocolo modificatorio adicional al Convenio sobre Promocion y Proteccion Reciproca de Inversiones entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Republica del Peru, hecho en Lima el siete (7) de mayo de dos mil uno (2001).
- Tercero. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviese copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
