Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 327 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil, tal como fue modificado por el numeral 153 del articulo 1deg del Decreto 2282 de 1989.
Segundo. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE los incisos
primero. (1deg) y
segundo. (2deg) del numeral 4deg del paragrafo 1deg del articulo 424 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil, tal como fue modificado por el numeral 227 del articulo 1deg del Decreto 2282 de 1989, cuyo tenor literal era el siguiente:
"4. El auto admisorio de la demanda se notificara a todos los demandados mediante la fijacion de un aviso en la puerta o lugar de acceso al inmueble objeto de la demanda.
"En el aviso se expresara el proceso de que se trata, el nombre de las partes, la nomenclatura del inmueble o cualquiera otra especificacion que sirva para identificarlo. Copia de el se entregara a cualquier persona que trabaje o habite alli, si fuere posible, y se aplicara lo dispuesto en el numeral 2 del articulo 320."
