Declarar EXEQUIBLE el numeral 174 del articulo 1o. del Decreto 2282 de 1989 "por el cual se introducen algunas modificaciones al Codigo de Procedimiento Civil" que modifico el articulo 356 del Codigo de Procedimiento Civil, de conformidad con los cargos de inconstitucionalidad analizados en el presente proceso.
