- Declarase INEXEQUIBLE el inciso 2o del articulo 6o de la Ley 14 de 1988, por el cual se modifico el articulo 231 del Codigo Contencioso Administrativo, que dice:
- "Contra las sentencias de la Seccion Quinta no procede ningun recurso ante la Sala Plena de lo Contencioso Administrativo".
- Los efectos de la inexequibilidad declarada se extenderan unicamente a las sentencias que profiera la Seccion Quinta de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo.
