Demanda de Inconstitucionalidad contra el parágrafo transitorio del artículo 63 de la Ley 1429 de 2010.
Por la cual se expide la ley de formalización y generación de empleo.
La Corte encontró que el parágrafo transitorio demandado fue derogado mediante el artículo 276 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 y en consecuencia, el mismo ya no hace a parte del ordenamiento jurídico, por lo tanto no hay lugar a emitir un pronunciamiento de mérito en el asunto materia de análisis constitucional.
La Sala resuelve declararse INHIBIDA por derogación expresa del parágrafo cuestionado.
