- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion, oido el concepto del Ministerio Publico,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLES los articulos 1o., 2o., 3o., 4o., 5o., 6o., 7o., 8o., 10o., 11, 12, 13, 14, y 17 del Decreto Ley 1750 de 1991 "Por el cual se ejercen facultades extraordinarias en materia penal aduanera", por no haber el Ejecutivo incurrido en exceso en el uso de las facultades extraordinarias de la Ley 49 de 1990.
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 9o. de dicho Decreto, salvo en la locucion "no se repetiran y" que se declara inexequible.
- Tercero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 11 del mismo Decreto.
- Cuarto. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 15 del mencionado Decreto en la medida en que el registro que las autoridades aduaneras practiquen sobre bienes, no desconozca el derecho a la inviolabilidad del domicilio, en los terminos del articulo 28 de la Constitucion Politica.
