ARTICULO 5 o. Atenuación y terminación del procedimiento administrativo sancionatorio . Cuando antes de producirse decisión definitiva, el infractor pague la mitad de la multa correspondiente, ésta se reducirá a dicho monto y se dará por terminada la actuación administrativa sancionatoria.
