ARTICULO 3o. Multas. Las situaciones previstas en el literal a) del artículo primero de este decreto acarrearán una multa equivalente a la mitad del valor de la mercancía decomisada. Las situaciones previstas en el literal b) del artículo primero de este decreto acarrearán una multa equivalente a una suma que se fijará entre diez (10) y cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales.
