ARTICULO 15 . Facúltase a las autoridades aduaneras para verificar el cumplimiento de las normas aduaneras. En tal virtud, tendrán la capacidad de ejercer la inspección y vigilancia tanto de personas como de bienes muebles e inmuebles, para lo cual podrán proceder al registro de vehículos y locales, así como a la aprehensión de mercancías cuando a ello hubiere lugar, de acuerdo con las disposiciones aduaneras vigentes.
