Manifiestan los actores que la norma acusada vulnera los artículos 13, 40 y 43 de la Constitución Nacional toda vez que la medida de discriminación positiva contenida en ella, perdió eficacia y el fin para el cual fue propuesta desapareció.
La Corte se declara INHIBIDA para pronunciarse sobre la constitucionalidad de la norma demandada.
