Revisión de constitucionalidad del Acuerdo Internacional del Café 2007, adoptado por el Consejo Internacional del Café en su 98º período de sesiones, en Londres, Reino Unido, el 28 de septiembre de 2006, así como de la Ley aprobatoria 1589 del 19 de noviembre de 2012.
La Corte encontró que el Acuerdo Internacional del Café constituye una expresión de la internacionalización de las relaciones económicas, sociales y ecológicas del Estado Colombiano sobre la base de equidad, reciprocidad y conveniencia nacional, compatibles con la Constitución Política.
Se declara la EXEQUIBILIDAD del Acuerdo y de su ley aprobatoria.

- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 1589 del 19 de noviembre de 2012 "Por medio de la cual se aprueba el "ACUERDO INTERNACIONAL DEL CAFE DE 2007", adoptado por el Consejo Internacional del Cafe en su 98deg periodo de sesiones, en Londres, Reino Unido, el 28 de septiembre de 2007".
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el "Acuerdo Internacional del Cafe de 2007, adoptado por el Consejo Internacional del Cafe en su 98deg periodo de sesiones, en Londres, Reino Unido, el 28 de septiembre de 2007".
- Tercero. DISPONER que se comunique esta sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Presidente del Congreso de la Republica, asi como a los Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores, Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y Comercio, Industria y Comercio, para lo de su competencia.
